We are not increasing our prices as a result of Brexit. We do review our prices as our supply chain and other variants fluctuate. As always, we will continue to offer innovative and original products at a reasonable price.

Delivery to the EU will remain at €10 or free for orders over €200.

We work with a number of carefully selected suppliers from around the world in countries such as Turkey, Spain and Italy to produce products of the highest quality. We only work with suppliers who can uphold these quality standards.

All items on our websites are listed in UK sizes. Every product has a ‘Design and Fit’ description against it which shows information about the fit of the garment as well as the size that the model is wearing. Unless otherwise stated, our sizing is true to size.

We also have men’s size charts available within each product description to help you find the best size for you. 

Delivery & Returns

Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll email you confirmation of this along with your DHL tracking number. You can track your delivery at www.dhl.com using the tracking number in your dispatch email.

If you entered your mobile number when you placed your order, DHL will text you with updates on the progress of your delivery.

Usually our couriers would ask for a signature upon delivery. However, we’ve temporarily suspended this at the moment for the safety of everyone.

Our couriers may ask for the name of the person accepting the parcel or take a picture of the parcel being accepted which may be used as proof of receipt.

We will be shipping orders to the EU on time as usual, and, at present, our delivery partner is not expecting delays to deliveries.

However, there could be delays happening out of our control, such as those at ports or customs. We will keep you updated if this happens.

When returning an order, you will need to provide the courier with TWO copies of the Returns Commercial Invoice that came with your order, and attach ONE copy to the parcel along with your returns label.

We use DHL for all of our UK and international deliveries

Our courier DHL, normally deliver between 09:00 and 18:00 local time. 

If you entered your mobile number when you placed your order, DHL will text you on the day of delivery with an estimated time of delivery.

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouses in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for additional duties and taxes.

Customers are responsible for paying these and they are normally charged directly through the delivery courier in the country in which the parcel is being delivered.

Failure to pay any additional duty or tax may result in your parcel being returned to IDDU.

Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.

Complete the Returns Note indicating whether you want a refund or exchange, what size/colour you want to exchange it for if relevant and the reason for return. Please send return form to care@iddu.co and we will provide returns label.

  • Attach the DHL label to the outside of your parcel
  • Click here or call 0344 248 0012 quoting account ref xxxxxxx to arrange for DHL to collect your return from you 
  • Drop your parcel off at a DHL service point.  Click here to find your nearest one

Don’t forget to enclose your completed Returns Note as this may delay your refund and please keep hold of any remaining returns labels in case you need to return something else at a later date.

14 days from purchase for unsuitable items. This policy covers full price and sale items. Items must be within their original condition with all tags intact.

Yes. You can return sale items purchased online or in store items within 14 days. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

ACCOUNT & ORDERS

We can’t change items eg. for a different size or colour once you’ve placed your order.

However, we may be able to cancel items or the whole order so that you can re-place it with the correct items as long as your order hasn’t yet shipped.  You need to contact us straight away as we pick, pack and ship orders quickly.

If it’s too late to stop your order, you can return any unwanted items back to us for a refund or exchange. please email us with your enquiry and we will arrange for a return label and Returns Commercial Invoice. You will need these to avoid additional charges or delays to your refund. Once we receive your order back, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please send us an email to advise which items are missing/incorrect, confirming if there was any damage to the parcel and sending images where applicable.

US returns are currently subject to a 2 week delay due to COVID-19. 

First check your returns tracking number to see if we have received your return back.

If we have, please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your refund and a further 3-5 working days for it to arrive in your account. During peak sale times it can take us slightly longer to process returns.

No, you can checkout as a guest if you wish, even if you are a registered customer.

Please note, if you are a registered customer and you checkout as a guest, your order will not appear in the ‘Orders and Returns’ section in ‘My Account’.

Please email our Customer Care team on care@iddu.co and they will be happy to see if they can locate the item for you.

Due to the recently agreed trade deal, EU orders are not liable for customs duty after Brexit, so there will be no additional charges for you to pay when your order arrives in your delivery country.

Only registered customers can save to a Wishlist and in order to see items on your Wishlist you must be logged in. 

Once logged in, click on ‘My Wishlist’ in the top right of your screen. Alternatively, just go to ‘My Account’ and access your wishlist from there.
